Have been away.....

I am so sorry that I haven't posted in so long.  I have been so very busy with the kids, my older daughters chemo, and school work.  We went on an unplanned, but long-overdue mini-vacation to NH and it was so fabulous for us. I have been DYING to make cards, but unfortunately I haven't had the time.  Today I dedicated an hour to sorting through the retiring stuff and moving it away from the current and trying to make at least one card to get my fix.  I will try to be better in the coming days : ))

    Hi Kristy,

    Just found your blog and am now following. May I ask how old your daughter is. When my oldest son was almost 6 he was dx'd with a brain tumor. Cancer in our children makes our lives very different than what we imagined they would be. Jacob is now 32. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

    Hi Karen! Thanks so much for the post. Alexa is 10 and has been getting chemo for just about every week, 3-4 days at a time since Novemeber. We're almost done. I'm so glad to hear your son is doing well!!! Take care : )
